Here’s the Menu for the Thursday Evening Buffet Dinner at Valcour Boathouse.

Mixed Green Salad

Grilled Flank Steak  with Roasted Onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms

Herb Roasted Chicken Breast

Three Cheese Tortellini with Broccoli Rabe, Roasted Red Peppers & Asiago Cream Sauce

Garlic Red Mashed Potatoes

Green Beans with Slivers of Carrots & Red Peppers

The schedule for the dinner is:


6:00 pm./Buses leave campus for Valcour

6:15-7:00/Hors d’oeuvres (CASH bar–Valcour has no option for accepting credit cards)

7:00-9:00/Dinner

9:00/Buses leave Valcour for campus
